1. How to participate?
Step 1: Purchase any Ghee Hiang sesame oil products worth RM10 in a single receipt (“proof of purchase”) from 16th
November 2020 to 28th February 2021 (“Contest Period”). Every single receipt is entitled to one (1) lucky draw entry.

2. Terms & Conditions:
This “Contest”/ Lucky Draw” is organized by GH Distributor & Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (1097826-H) (“Organiser”).
Participation in the contest is subject to the terms and conditions. Taking part in this contest is deemed as acceptance of all T&Cs and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications thereto which, shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted at Ghee Hiang Facebook & Instagram.
By entering the Contest, the participant agrees to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs. Non-compliance or breach of these T&Cs may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Contest, and any prize won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
2.1 Qualifying Entrants
This contest is open only to all residents (please confirm, as the reference of “resident” may not necessarily be a Malaysia citizen) living in Malaysia. Entrants under the age of eighteen (18) years old must obtain parental and/or guardian consent before participating in the Contest.
2.2 Contest Entries
Contest start on 16th November 2020, 00.00am and ends on 31st Jan 2021, 11:59pm (“Contest Period”)
Participant is entitled to multiple entries if the qualification requirement is met.
Each winner is only entitled to win one prize. In the event a participant is picked for more than one time, The Organiser shall be entitled to disregard the second and to pick and re-pick a winner.
The winner may be required to participate in a photo taking session during the presentation of the Lucky Draw prize.
Pictures or images may be posted online or showcase by the Organiser at such location or vide any social media
platform as the Organiser deem fit.
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the rules and regulations of the Lucky Draw. There include entries submitted with invalid or incorrect information.
2.3 Prize
Winners are required to provide their full particulars, including their full NRIC/Passport for the purpose of verification & audit. All prizes which are not won or remain unclaimed after two (2) months of the announcement of the winners will be forfeited.
Participants for the contest will be contacted on the same day of the draw through the mobile number that participants used to register for the draw, and must satisfy all verification requirements before being declared the winner. If a participant cannot be contacted or fails to respond after 3 telephone calls made by the Organiser, then, the said participant will be disqualified and another winner will be selected. Winners will receive a letter to collect their prize. The Organiser’s decision on the winners is final and no appeal will be entertained.
Acceptance of any prize shall constitute express consent of the winner to allow the use of the winner’s name, image, voice and/or likeness by Organiser for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation or reward except where it is prohibited by law. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute a release and discharge of the Organiser by each winner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the winner may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the contest, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the winner as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the prize, and/or (iii) any tax liabilities in relation to the contest, prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
2.4 General Terms
Employees of the Organiser, including their immediate family members, their business partners, suppliers/ distributors, promotion / advertising / public relations agencies and other parties involved in this contest are not
eligible to participate in the Contest.
The Organiser reserves the right, at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute, withdraw, add to or alter any of the prizes offered without notice to the participants.
The Organiser’s decision at all stages of the Contest is final. No enquiries, appeals, verbal or written, shall be entertained. The participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by the organiser concerning, without limitation, these terms and conditions, the rules, procedures and regulations of the Contest, the award of prizes and any other matters relating to the Contest.
By entering the Contest, each participant agrees that:
a. Any and all personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed to the Organiser for various purposes, including to communicate with the participant for purposes related to the Contest, to provide goods and services to the participant upon request, and such other purposes of which the Organiser may reasonably deem appropriate;
b. The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to all material shall vest solely and absolutely in the Organiser.
By participating in this contest, the participants hereby agree and give their full consent and rights to the Organiser to use the name, address, personal details, document and information without any payment of royalty for the purpose of advertising and publication pertaining to the contest, either in print or electronic media or to contact the participants for market research purposes from time to time pursuant to Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
