Job Description:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay informed on product knowledge, and promotions.
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the POS system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking and product replenishment.
  • Support merchandising efforts, including visual displays and store presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
  • Perform other duties as and when instructed by superior.

Job Requirement:
