Plan and follow up on daily planning and production achievement (KPI – OEE, efficiency, downtime, quality and safety) through proper communication with QA and Maintenance team.
Providing training to staff members on food safety practices and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Establishing work schedules and ensuring that employees are following them, as well as addressing issues that may arise during the work day.
Overseeing the safety of the food preparation process by inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure they meet safety standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000).
Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure that they are meeting standards of excellence.
Job Requirement:
Diploma level in a relevant field.
Minimum of 1 year of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes.
Fluency in both Malay and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
