Support and uphold Ghee Hiang’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design, marketing and digital materials.
Design and develop product packaging, point-of-sale materials and promotional artwork from concept to print-ready production.
Create visual mock-ups, graphic layouts and basic prototypes for products, campaigns and in-store or site installations.
Produce and edit visual content, including photography, images and videos, for use in marketing, e-commerce and social media platforms.
Plan, create and manage creative content for digital platforms, including copywriting, product listings and multimedia content.
Manage and update the Company’s online platforms and social media accounts (e.g. website, Shopee, Lazada, JustOrder, Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu and TikTok), including product updates and basic coordination on returns.
Engage with customers through online platforms, respond to enquiries promptly and maintain proper records of incoming enquiries.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, external partners and platform providers to support marketing and sales activities.
Support the execution of online promotions and campaigns to increase brand visibility and product sales.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Marketing or a related discipline.
Required language proficiency: English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken). Candidates proficient in Mandarin and/or Chinese dialects will have an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in a related field is preferred; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Suitable for Junior Executive-level candidates with a background in Creative, Graphic Design or digital marketing.
