Job Description:

  1. Data Collection & Cleansing: Extract data from primary/secondary sources and filter/cleanse it to remove errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies. 
  2. Data Analysis: Use statistical techniques and analytical tools to identify complex patterns, correlations, and business trends. 
  3. Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., in Power BI or Tableau) and generate regular reports for stakeholders. 
  4. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for new data collection and system improvements to optimize statistical efficiency. 
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with management and department teams to define and prioritize business and information needs. 

Job Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in database querying (SQL), advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros), and programming languages like Python or R.
  • Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with reporting software such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong mathematical ability and a logical, methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Communication: The ability to translate complex, technical data models into clear, non-technical presentations for leadership.
