Pastry / Product Development Intern (Internship)

Job Description:

  1. Assist in developing new long shelf life cookie products.
  2. Conduct trials to extend the shelf life of existing bakery items.
  3. Support improvement efforts for crust texture and overall taste of current products.
  4. Participate in tasting sessions and document test results.
  5. Collaborate closely with the Production and QAQC teams to implement and validate product enhancements.
  6. Prepare documentation and reports for all trials conducted, including shelf life testing, sensory evaluations, and formulation adjustments.
  7. Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement:

  • Basic baking or food science knowledge.
  • Interest in traditional pastries and product R&D.
  • Detail-oriented, with a willingness to support hands-on testing and documentation.
  • Able to work collaboratively with internal teams across functions.
