Exposure to all phases and aspects of sesame oil operation, including production and packing process, cost management, worker management, administration, production practices, and waste.
Assists Production Managers to ensure compliance with all Company operating policies, safety procedures and SOP.
Ensure that machines are well maintained for optimum operation of the production processes.
Supervise technicians to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs and installations of parts and machines.
Analyze and interpret data, writing of reports and documentation.
Assisting in daily production monitoring and food safety-related matters.
Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
Diploma/ Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering/ Electronic Engineering/ Electronic & Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronic Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
