Plan and follow up on daily planning and production achievement (KPI – OEE, efficiency, downtime, quality and safety through proper communication with QA/QC and Maintenance team.
Ensure production runs smoothly as per planning.
Providing training to staff members on food safety practices and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Establishing work schedules and ensuring that employees are following them, as well as addressing issues that may arise during the work day
Handling of all non-conformance products and to ensure rework/disposal of non-conforming product is carried out effectively.
Ensuring that the procedure is strictly adhere to in the event of glass breakage.
To establish, implement and maintain effective arrangements for communicating with suppliers and contractors.
Overseeing the safety of the food preparation process by inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure they meet safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000)
Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure that they are meeting standards of excellence and report to superior.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Engineering / Operations Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years in relevant industry.
Knowledgeable in handling production
Excellent problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Words for reporting.
