Production Maintenance

Job Description:

Provide daily maintenance and emergency repair support for mechanical equipment.
Ensure the safety, reliability, and operational efficiency of equipment.
Analyze and diagnose mechanical equipment failures and perform timely repairs.
Implement preventive maintenance measures to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
Provide technical guidance and training to ensure team members possess necessary skills and knowledge.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical skill enhancement within the team.
Participate in the installation, commissioning, and on-site testing of new equipment.
Coordinate mechanical maintenance projects and schedules to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Comply with relevant regulations and standards, including environmental and health safety requirements.
Prepare maintenance reports and maintain records of maintenance activities for analysis and review.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct superior from time to time.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2-3 years of experience in mechanical equipment maintenance or related fields.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining mechanical equipment and systems.
Excellent problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
