Oversee the fully automated sesame oil production line, ensuring smooth operation from raw material intake to packaging.
Develop training programs and initiatives to ensure the team is skilled and up-to-date with industry standards.
Allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of production orders.
Plan and schedule production orders and raw material for production to ensure smooth operation.
Handle complex technical issues and provide guidance to the team in resolving them.
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity and operational efficiency.
Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure readiness to address urgent production needs.
Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team and across the organization.
Maintain accurate records of activities, inspections, and repairs for compliance and reporting purposes.
Analyse production costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Production, QA/QC, Warehouse) to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with overall business objectives.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on production performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated with technological advancements in manufacturing practice and recommend adoption of new tools or systems where applicable.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality of work and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors for maintenance services and supplies.
Perform other tasks assigned by the direct superior from time to time.
Job Requirement:
Must possess at least bachelor’s degree in engineering, process, or a related field. Relevant associate’s degree or vocational training combined with extensive experience may also suffice.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
Proficiency in equipment diagnostics, and problem resolving techniques. Familiarity with relevant software and tools for production planning and management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to make decisions under pressure, prioritize tasks, and motivate a diverse team.
Proficiency in Chinese language, specifically the ability to talk, understand, and read Chinese manual operation books.
Certifications in process engineering, project management, or related areas can be beneficial.
