Act as the primary contact point for all distributors, key accounts, retailers, and corporate clients.
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships across all identified channels.
Management of Business Growth
Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets (local and international).
Drive brand strategies to increase product awareness and market presence.
Generate sales leads, negotiate contracts, and secure promotional agreements to maximize profitability.
Negotiate listings, shelf space, promotions, and pricing with key retailers.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, sampling, in-store branding, and seasonal activations.
Manage trade agreements, merchandising standards, and POSM (point-of-sale materials) deployment.
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Forecasting & Supply Chain Coordination
Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient distribution.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
Data & Insights
Provide regular reports on sales activities, prospects, and market intelligence.
Maintain accurate records of sales, forecasts, and customer data for reporting and compliance.
Compliance & Ad-hoc Duties
Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in all sales activities.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments or duties as required by management.
Job Requirement:
Education: Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry.
Skills: Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills. Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and analytical skills. Proven track record in driving sales growth.
Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin/Chinese is an added advantage.
Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as required.
