Greet and assist customers in a friendly, and professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Stay informed on product knowledge, and promotions.
Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using the POS system.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking and product replenishment.
Support merchandising efforts, including visual displays and store presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
Perform other duties as and when instructed by superior.
Job Requirement:
Possess at least a SPM/ STPM /Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work retail shift hours, including weekends, and public holidays.
Experience in retail sales is added advantage. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Customer service oriented and sales-driven with a proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
