Start, run, warm-up expeller machine before the first roast and ensure the expeller machine Functioning daily.
Responsible to start run conveyor cooling system for oil residue.
Weigh the quantity of unfiltered oil record the unfiltered oil tank number.
Responsible to receive, store and deliver items according to the set standard procedures.
Responsible to ensure unfiltered oil tank cover with properly.
Responsible in maintaining expeller machine in good repair and to ensure that is in good running condition.
After process expelling, responsible to perform the cleaning and sanitizing procedure as well as to ensure that rubbish and rejected items are disposed off properly.
Responsible for good personal hygiene as well as sanitary handling of all items related to food and to follow the procedures accordingly.
Perform other duties as and when instructed by Superior.
Perform other duties stipulated as per ISO22000:2018 requirements.
Job Requirement:
Candidate minimum education SPM or any equivalent certificate or related experience.
Minimum age 18 years old.
Capable to read basic English & Malay Language.
